How to complete the quest?
You need to find 36 streamer’s items in raid. Level requirement removed from patch 0.13.5
After you finish all the quests required for kappa and reach the requested level then you will unlock The Collector quest and you have to hand over the items to Fence Trader. Go to Kappa Items page and find the complete updated list (patch 0.15) with Kappa Container required items to hand them over.
You need to be at least level 48 to start the Collector Quest. You need to have all prerequisite quests completed. If you're missing any other quests, you should check out our Quests page so we can get those done too!

The Collector is in the Tower of Love. If you haven't already opened it you'll have to find the Love Key which is located in the Queen's Gardens. It's in city, just right off king's station, but you need to go around and enter from edge, once you have the key.
How to get started as a Collector: Find the Red Dead Online Madam Nazar travelling saleswoman and buy the Collector's Bag. This costs 15 gold bars, though if you've already found all 54 GTA Online playing cards then you can collect if for free.
Collector spawn chance is HEAVILY influenced by amount of people in server. Collector Has A Chance To Spawn Every 15 Minutes The More Players In The Server The Higher Chance For It To Spawn Collector spawns randomly and there is no time to it, However the amount of players in a server does play a role though.
Prioritize military loot - Any item with “military” in the name is almost guaranteed to be worth grabbing. This includes military cables, military battery, military COFDM wireless signal transmitter, and more. They vendor for good money and are often needed for hideout upgrades.
Don't loot everything - focus on quest items and the most essential loot, like keys and good medicine items. There's no reason to clear of loot half of a map and then haul your over-encumbered butt to the extraction point. You won't be able to carry a lot anyway because the starting gear doesn't offer that many slots.
After removing the Edge of Darkness edition in early 2024, Battlestate has added the Unheard Edition. This edition costs an additional $100, for a total of $250, and includes more pay-to-win mechanics than the previous editions.
If you are an Edge of Darkness or Unheard owner you can play the PvE mode by selecting the PVE ZONE button on the main menu. This will then switch you to the PvE experience and you can play as you normally would without having to think about other players.
